Last Saturday, my family gathered at a bustling seafood restaurant. It was a special occassion as it was Grandma's eightieth birthday. My cousin, Sarah, who cared deeply about her appearence, arrived wearing a stunning silk dress that shimmered under the chandeliers.

However, she soon felt embarassed and her confidence vanished when she realised she had accidentally wore one black sandal and one navy blue slipper on her frantic rush to leave home. Everyone at the table chuckled soft at the sight, but Grandma gave her a warm, comfort hug to make her feel better.

During the lively party, Grandma receives many wonderful gifts from her grandchildren, ranging from handmade cards to elegent jewellery. My brother gave her a brand-new tablet, explaining that it would be much more convinient for her to video call us whenever she missed hearing our voices or seeing our faces. Grandma smiled brightly, her eyes twinkling with joy as she thanked us all for such a memorable day.
